1. Storage of personal data
The customer authorizes the KWT Werkzeugtechnik and agrees to the processing, storage and evaluation of data collected from customers in the course of their business relations in accordance with data protection laws. The customer email address will only be used by the KWT Werkzeugtechnik for purposes of sending information relating to orders and, if requested by the customer, for firm newsletters.
2. No transmittance of personal data
The KWT Werkzeugtechnik will not transmit any personal data to a third party. Excluded from this regulation are, however, service companies (UPS, Deutsche Post) which require transmittance of data for order processing. In such cases the data transmitted, however, will be limited to the absolute minimum.
3. Enquiries about, correction, freezing and cancellation of personal data

4. Data protection acts
Personal data will be collected and stored exclusively in accordance with the statutory requirements of the National Legislation of Data Protection (BDSG) and the Information and Communication Services Act (IuKDG).
